Legal Knowledge Engineer and Senior Lawyer
In her role as legal knowledge engineer, Claire’s focus is representing the legal professional user during the design and delivery of legal tech and innovation solutions. She works with multi-disciplinary teams of legal engineers, data scientists, legal designers and technology experts- providing legal subject expertise and helping deliver solutions and insights that improve legal practice.
Claire is also an experienced commercial contract and property lawyer, having trained and worked as a solicitor at Lovell White Durrant (now Hogan Lovells). She went on to lead the commercial contract and property team at Cambridge City Council and from there moved in-house as legal counsel for a science and technology consultancy and the Royal Society of Chemistry.
